Maternity Robe for Pregnancy and Postpartum

If there is one piece that you absolutely need during pregnancy and postpartum, it’s a really good maternity robe.

Once you hit that third trimester, everything just starts to feel really tight. When you’re winding down for the day, you truly will want to wear the most comfortable clothes possible and for me that includes nightgowns and maternity robes.

When I pick these pieces, I also make sure they are nursing friendly so they can transition well into the postpartum days too. What I love about PinkBlush’s maternity robes is how feminine and soft they are. They make you feel beautiful and put together, even when you’re just lounging around the house!

I chose this blue floral option because of the pattern and beautiful lace detail on the sleeves and hemline. During the third trimester especially, I am all about dresses and skirts, so having pajama options that don’t include a waistband are my best friends!

Also, after delivery, I will be healing from my c-section and going through the early days of nursing a newborn, so anything that is comfy, nursing-friendly, and still pretty while I’m recovering is alright by me.

If you are currently pregnant, I highly recommend investing in a maternity robe you love. I promise you’ll still be wanting to wear it after delivery and I think you’ll be surprised how much use you can get out of a single piece.

I am an Ambassador for PinkBlush and was gifted my choice of clothing for this post. I selected the Blue Floral Lace Trim Delivery/Nursing Maternity Robe myself and all opinions are my own.

  1. Gorgeous as always, mama! I distinctly remember LIVING in my robe at the hospital, and was so thankful I had something other than those grungy robes!

Thank you friend! And yes! I had a beautiful Jessica Simpson brand robe I wore all the time during maternity and postpartum with Jack, and I’ve gotten a ton of wear with it this pregnancy too!
